Unearthed it the other day whilst sorting through all my past history of toys and stuff. Being an only child I've accumulated pile after pile at my folks house and it only seems only right that I should start shifting it out of their way; seeing as i'll be growing up and stuff like that next year :>)
I've views of cinderella, the Seven Wonders of the World and other random images like madame Tussaurds!
Games for one had such longevity!

Eh remember the days of Viewfinders, Deeley Boppers, The Old Grange Hill Theme Tune, Opal Fruits and Bananarama?
(c) Stuart Marconie.
Deeley Boppers??? nope
I remember Wham bar, original wispas, smarties before the blue ones came in and half pences!
View masters used to be the master way to view the world. And then?? Plasma television sets, moving pictures, etc. :( What happened to the good 'ol days?
Oooh---we had a View Master at my house as well. I loved it! I think we had a reel of wild animals (lions, zebras, etc), and a reel of mountain peaks around the world, and a reel of undersea life. That was my favorite one.
I also loved Colorforms as a kid. Di you have those? And also Lite-Brite. Another favorite.
I loved the viewmaster but I have no idea what happened to it.
My very grown up daughter left home about 3 years ago. We suggested emptying out a box of her stuff from a top cupboard. Our idea was that she'd take what she wanted and we'd bin the rest. She was horrified. The stuff's still shoved away in a cupboard... seems like it's there to stay.
I think one of the gadget shops is selling these again. Cannot remember which reel we had, amazing three d though.
Happy Halloween , hope the James Bond film was good!
Bond wasn't as good as the last one:>)
Think i'm a bit like your daughter Leigh for hoarding!
Thank you for stopping by my blog! And YES, I totally remember the View Master! My brother and I each had one. Oh, what simple fun that was.
I'm also glad to hear you are happy about Obama. We are THRILLED!
Hope to see you around the blog again!
