Look out into the distance and relax

My morning TV has advised in order to de-stress yourself:

- look out into the distance and un focus yourself......daydream?

- do something you really enjoy everyday

- have a pet

and relax

Do they work? answers in a day dream please

Hi Torn! yeah I think so, apparently it's good for the soul to get out of where you are living for atleast 15 minutes each day...
