Charles and Camilla have headed off to the US to wine and dine with the big cheeses, the fuss in the news here is, Camilla is taking 40 assistants and 50 dresses for an 8 day visit. The Culfmyster pointed out that the Queen probably takes atleast 50 aids so no big deal. the quantity of dresses figures too, women need lots of clothes for every occasion, I did in Poland.;-)
The thing that made me chuckle was that 2 aids are merely going to crease watch-yes they are there to make sure Cam doesn't crease her frocks. (Do they have mini - irons to fix a crease at any given time?)
Just wonder how much of a jolly that trip is for them!
Just how much time do they have to spend doing their duty, hope it doesn't extend to after hours, could get a bit awkward if Charles and Camilla want to get friendly-watch my taffetta darling, watch my egyptian cotton love ;-)

The only reason anyone could "need" forty assistants is if they are blind quadriplegics. And even then.
