Lonely (Amy's theme)
Just a gorgeous tune from the Loving Spoonful I just happen to have on whilst typing this splurge. Next week we're involved with the witty play Art, doing a bit of set build and front of house for that. Not alot to report, tying to make more cards to keep artively active. November seems a weird month here in the UK, everyone at work just wants a break...can I even say roll on Christmas...just for the break!

Box- er- cise
Today I was in a meeting and a colleague mentioned about going to body combat and boxing classes. The thought was just the tonic to steer the work conversation away from 'work'. I would have a go at that sort of exercise as I'm sure it's good to unleash the pent up angst of the day . I need to go to the gym more often anyway. Watch out world you may get in the way of my right hook...Can't really see it though.

Ceroc away!
Thanks everyone for your lovely comments, certainly made my day as i've been off work a couple of days with the lurgies which is why I think i've suddenly found time to dip into the blogging scene again. Just to clarify the dance poses from the wedding!! Queen's 'Don't stop me now' was our first dance and we certainly upped the atmosphere ante! I think people were surprised that I could move around as fast as we did! The funny thing is we rehearsed only once in the flat with our three well used ceroc moves.
The following three scraper board pieces are for the Inkermen gothic novel books Inkermen is run by friends and its nice for me to be able to add work to their stories.below The Scenery for the Cold Turkey Christmas stories.

Blogs site re-visited
Hello again, as i've only just popped on to my blog and seen the lovely comments posted back in July I felt I'd best post a few snaps to show you I do still exist. Three from the wedding in June, a most enjoyable day for everyone. One of my lemons daub for the stage play 'Art' which will be on next month at Cheltenham's Playhouse theatre and one of my other half getting books signed by comedian Mark Watson and satirist and film director of The Loop Armando Iannuci last weekend at the Cheltenham Literature Festival. We also saw Mitchell and Webb, Peter Blake and Robert Vaughn... the man from U.N.C.LE sorry about the name dropping. Well I shall re-visit some bloggers asap.

Might as well face it
you're addicted to love. Reason for this, happen to be watching Children in Need whilst posting. So far i've seen the BBC newsreaders do their Abba mix, the Hairspray cast perform with Michael Ball in drag, ooh he's changed a bit:>) and Alesha shake her booty. All in all a jolly mix of entertainment all for a good cause.
Hooray it's the weekend.
Oh and David Tennant The Doctor has just popped up! ooer missus.

Roll on Christmas
Hurrumph I think possibly the dark mornings and evenings brings on old SAD syndrome. Part of my job at the moment is to sit in a small room and listen to others thrash things out as I don't have the confidence in the subject to add my two pennith yet therefore doodling at times has now occurred, much to my self annoyance. I like to be able to understand stuff properly...hurrumph (again).
roll on a break in the proceedings.
Things to look forward to...seeing Epsom Downs for free at the weekend whilst selling programmes and firewatching.
