dum de doo

Really not knowing what to blog about whilst baby sitting at a friends the thought of memories and occasions fill my mind...filling my mind is easily done in my case:>) On my friends laptop (thanks matey for the lend of your lap-top by the way!) photos flash up of her family and some of friends that I know too and close ones. I haven't yet got into the facebook fad not having the net at home yet sort of limits time if you're paying through the nose at the local net cafe but looks like the next thing to get into. A good way of seeing how people have changed, is it being more nosy than just linking up via email to see how they are??? I suppose we're all just plain nosy.

Currently watching the old series of I CLAVDIVS...I call it my soap as it's fun watching the shennanigans that went on in Roamn times. The make-up they used on the actors makes me laugh though, poor old CLAVDIVS (Derek Jacobi) is made to look like he's out of this world..or 120. This gets me back to musing over old photos, it makes you realise how fast time has moved on even over the last 6 years and quite alot has happened.

good bye for now

I have seen Derek jacobi in that show--I recall the makeup. :)

I also met him once in person at my college and he was nice looking and very pleasant!

Old photos are both fun and sad... makes me recall good times, but I also realize how much beter/younger/thinner I looked back then!!! :)

I like Facebook for networking with former colleagues. Getting in touch with old friends always makes me a bit wistful.

I don't approve of that Facebook contraption. Is so depressing to see old friends having parties that you never got an invite to.
As for that poking business, well I'm far too busy..
