All went well! phew
It was lovely to have friends and family support us. Two people walked out at the interval- I believe they were Americans who thanked someone for a lovely evening and promptly left, perhaps they thought Closer was a rip roaring comedy as stated incorrectly in a flyer.. don't know what they would've thought if they'd stayed longer.
The cavy as in Mr Director was chuffed, he wanted a reaction and he got one!!

I'm glad it went well, wish I could have seen it myself. Too bad you had a couple of rude patrons, but when someone walks out, it says more about them than about the play.
Forgive me, but is chuffed a positive or negative adjective? This is the second time I've heard it this week, and I'm still not sure, lol.
