It's the new diet fad. The book by Manny has knocked the latest Harry Potter from his broomstick in Australia. Aussie Manny is flaunting her dietry wares. So if you've had enough of the GI, F Plan, Atkins Diet, low on Carbs but eat what you want diet as used by Jenniefer Aniston (who is divorcing Brad by the way and to me, didn't look like she needed to diet) the Apple Diet, Tom and Jerry diet, Chocolate Diet (sorry that's my diet;-) you can get into Total Wellbeing- the high Protein diet.
Plenty of protein keeps you fuller longer and makes you snack less. Manny has worked out numerous meals so you aim to stick to a 3 meals a day routine, breakfast, lunch and evening meal. So going back to how previous generations went about their daily eating habits. That's how i've been brought up. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day."
Manny will advise to cut tomatoes into 3/4 and cereals to third of the bowl, so analytical in your dietry approach is a must.
I've never followed a dietry plan which expains my apple to pear shape. If it wasn't for doing some walking, i'd be plum to pumpkin shaped;-)
